Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice to info@financemitra.in with the following information:
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information (name, address, email, and phone number).
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA Notice.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Repeat Infringers
We may terminate user accounts that are repeat infringers of copyright.
